Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, booking a pickup, or giving ATX Property Services LLC, doing business as ATX Property Solutions your mobile number, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms cover every junk removal, hauling, debris removal and property cleanout job we perform in the Austin, Texas area [1].
Services Description
We remove and haul away unwanted items, construction debris and household clutter, and clear out garages, estates, rentals and commercial spaces across Austin and Travis County. We provide the labour, the truck and the disposal. You provide lawful access to the property and an accurate description of what is being removed.

Appointments and Scheduling
You confirm that you own the property or have authority to authorise the work, that the items are accessible, and that someone aged 18 or over is present or has approved the removal in writing. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A same-day cancellation after the crew has been dispatched may incur a trip fee.
Pricing and Payment
Quotes given by phone, text or photograph are estimates based on what you tell us. The final price is set on site once volume, weight and access are confirmed, and we tell you the final figure before we load. Payment is due at the time of service by card or cash, and unpaid balances may be referred for collection.
SMS Text Messaging Terms
No mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in data, is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data is used only to deliver the messages you requested.

Liability, Prohibited Items and Disputes
Limitation of Liability
ATX Property Services LLC, doing business as ATX Property Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage to floors, walls, driveways, landscaping or structures, or for items of exceptional value left in or near the removal area. We do not accept hazardous, regulated or contaminated material, and we are not responsible for losses arising from a customer’s failure to disclose such material.
Prohibited Items
Hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, paints and thinners
Biohazards, medical waste, sharps and animal carcasses
Asbestos, lead paint, mould and contaminated soil
Firearms, ammunition, explosives and flammables
Tires, motor oil, refrigerants and other regulated items
Customer Responsibilities
Describe the items and site conditions accurately when booking.
Secure pets, clear access and disclose any hazardous material.
Hold a lawful right to the property and to dispose of the items.
Pay the agreed amount at the time of service.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith; unresolved disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Austin, Travis County, Texas.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version published at atxpropertysolutions.com governs each job, and continued use of our services after a change means you accept it.
